Ruchi K. Sardana is an Advocate with experience in Civil matters including IP, especially Trademarks and allied matters. She gained understanding of brands and protection thereof working with a major FMCG company with multiple brand names and product lines for many years.

Her specialism includes filing and prosecution of Trademark applications, rendering opinion on registrability, as well as civil litigation.

Ruchi is an advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion at workplace and takes keen interest in pursuing this goal personally and within the firm.

She has a bachelor’s degree in arts, a bachelor’s degree in law and a diploma in MOP from the University of Delhi.

In her free time, Ruchi enjoys dancing, singing and occasional cooking. She is also a fitness enthusiast.
