Anurag Raghav is an accomplished Advocate with over two decades of experience in civil litigation including in Intellectual Property matters. He provides strategic advice to clients on the selection, development and protection of their intellectual property assets and protects their varied interests before court of law.

The specialization being litigation and enforcement, Anurag is well versed with the nuance of court process and procedure and has successfully guided hundreds of small and big corporate clients all these years. He regularly mediates for clients to resolve IP and non-IP disputes through amicable settlements to conclude long pending litigation proceedings.

Anurag likes to take care of the firm’s pro bono efforts and renders advice to needy clients thereby fulfilling our social responsibility.

He has a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a bachelor’s degree in law from University of Delhi.
